Development contributions plans & policies
The preparation of Development Contributions Plans, or the negotiation of Section 173 agreements, are an important component of many land use planning process. ASR Research has developed much expertise in the formulation and implementation of these statutory mechanisms. Relevant projects have included:

- Reviewing prepared DCPs;
- Managing internal Council consultation to identify priority projects for DCPs;
- Assessing population catchments for individual DCP projects; and
